1. Emphasize the harmonies environment of enterprise, rich culture activities of residents

The development of the enterprise cannot live without the harmonious environment. Backed by our group, the community committee has been awarded Qixia advanced Committee many times over the years by Qiaxia district committee. In 2006, our group, together with Shibu Bridge Village joined the activity named rural and urban work together organized by Nanjing city. Our president Mr. Zhang Meishan personally presided over the drafting of agreements and contracts and led the staff to take the initiative to communicate with the Committee members. In recent years, the group has invested about 3million yuan to support the cultural life of the villagers and improve their environment. The group also donated assistance fund 150000 yuan to Sanbao Village in Gaochun County Jiangsu Province and 200000 yuan to Da Wei Town in Xinghua City Jiangsu province. Responding to the Party's call, our group contributes to promote the new rural construction to achieve a win-win situation.

2．Response to the call of the government, and earnestly fulfill their social responsibilities.

It is our group’s tradition that not only our staffs benefit from the reform and development results but also the society. In 2006, an accident happened in Nanjing Gypsum Mining Company resulting in production paralysis and our employees were left high and dry. On the principle of sharing cares and burdens of the government, our group funded hundreds of million yuan to assist government in resettling workers living and stabilizing their emotions. At the same time after special investigation and study group, we raised tens of millions of yuan to renovate gypsum mine, update production facilities and resume production as soon as possible. Over the years, we have carried out the "donation day" activities for disaster area and poor areas. Besides, the group has invested 10000000 yuan on the hospital reform to solve “poor access and high fee” problems for the staffs and their families living in the suburbs. The next day after 5.12 Wenchuan earthquakes, President Mr. Zhang Meishan, on behalf of our group, donated 1000000 yuan to the Nanjing Red Cross for disaster relief and then called on all staffs to have donations. In 2009, in order to improve the housing conditions of the workers, the group reconstructed the workers’ unsafe shanties built in the 1960s and made 142 workers celebrate the 2010 Spring Festival in their new house.
